I am currently obtaining my degree in Computer Drafting and Design. I would like to get a job in product design/drafting of items like toys, appliances and other consumer products. I understand that these are some of the rarest job types compared to architectual, civil, and other drafting positions.
Does anyone have any tips on where and how to look for these types of drafting positions?
I am having a hard time with job search engines and yellowpages.com. All I see is architectual/engineering positions on job sites and yellowpages just gives me tons of wholesalers of products instead of manufactuers/designers.
Please help

The best thing to do is look into monster.com & careerbuilder.com. Also, depending on the area that you live in, you may have to commute in order to get into the design drafting position that you are looking for.
