I am a new detailer in the structural field. I use autocad, RamCad Studio and Revit Structure on a daily basis. Can anyone advise me on how to grow professionally and become more efficient.

Sounds like you are already working in the profession and well on the way to an promising career. I would continue to master the software used, continue your education by attending software user group meetings, if available and if possible attend the ADDA's annual training conference. The ADDA is an excellent organization for continuing education, networking and professional certification. In other words, take advantage of every tool available to enhance your career.

Best of luck!
