How to Search the Downloaded Data
You will need "Adobe Acrobat Reader 8" to properly search the data.
Download Adobe Reader 8
Once the File is Open with Adobe 8 Reader
Go to "Edit" then "Search" a search window will open
Enter the First Name, Last Name, State, City, etc in the Search Window
Select "In the Current PDF Document" and "Whole words Only"
Click on the "Search" button
All matching words will be highlighted in the document
All matching words will be shown in the search results
By clicking on the specific name or city in the search window,
You will be directed to that area in the document.
